When Rose Foote started catering 35 years ago
she believed in making and serving the food as
if she was cooking Christmas dinner for her
family. Making everything from scratch. Using
the freshest and finest ingredients she could
find. Then using old family recipes she turned
those ingredients into a wonderful old fashioned
feast.
Today her daughter is
keeping this tradition alive. She makes sure
everything is still prepared her mother's old
fashioned way, using the finest ingredients and
modern professional equipment along with her
mother's famous recipes to produce the finest
foods possible for your event. Along with our
friendly, professional staff your party will be
a grand event you and your guest will enjoy.
Today we use a 4800
square foot commissary kitchen in Westland where
our specially trained staff prepares all of the
foods. We use special Equipment to transport
your foods to guarantee your food is delivered
fresh and at the proper serving temperatures.
We can tailor a menu
and type of service to your budget. From a party
for 10 to a picnic for 3000, we can create a
carefree, worry free and happy occasion that you
can afford and be proud of. We will bring the
foods and serving equipment to your Home,
Office, Hall, Campground or you may choose one
of our fine locations. We can also provide you
with a complete serving staff if you would like
or we can just deliver and set up your food
items.
