All Menu Items include: Homemade Breads and Rolls with Butter, or Buns, Relish Tray, Watermelon Slices, Choice of Two Salads, Choice of One Vegetable and Baked Beans, Assorted Cookies, Needed Condiments, Choice of Two: Iced Tea, Lemonade, Punch or Coffee, Catering help to Cook, Serve and Clean up the Food Areas. We supply our own Grills, Charcoal, Iced Salad Bar, Checked Table Clothes for the Food Serving Tables and any other equipment we need to cook and serve your foods.
We also include the needed Disposable Plates,
Forks, Knives, Cups, and Paper Napkins. We use trucks that are equipped with coolers to keep your foods cold until serving time.
