The meal cost is $3.10 per meal - A school minimum of 20 meals must be purchased daily for food service that day. If the minimum is not met, you will be refunded for that day.

Please select the food choice on the day you would like to purchase lunch.
When completed, return a Printed Copy of your Order Form, and the Check to the school by Thursday February 23.

Make your check payable to Rose Foote Catering for the proper amount.
